St. Gerard

St. Gerard was born in Muro, a small town in the South of Italy on April 6, 1726. He was the only son of Benedetta and Comenico Maiella who already had three daughters. He was a model of obedience and in everything he sought the Will of God.

It advocates primacy of conscience, economic and social justice, and respect for creation. read more about Pax Christi »

Msgr. told them he would set up a chapel but they would have to come up with two people for every hour of the week. Maria (34) and Lissette(26) just smiled and went to work. It took them three months to put a list together with enough names to satisfy Msgr. Granato.
